Charley Stadler prides himself on pushing boundaries. His vast experience of over 400+ commercials encapsulate brand messages for some of the world’s most recognizable companies like Microsoft, Heineken, Vodafone, McDonalds, Adidas, Mercedes, Garnier and Ikea to name a few. Unwilling to pigeonhole himself to a specific genre, Charley enjoys the challenge of shooting multiple styles (light/dark comedy, drama, horror, visuals, action) into highly entertaining and on point messages. Charley’s not a car director. He’s not a food director. He’s not table top director. He’s a director, regardless of product, that tells a story juxtaposed with amazing imagery.
Because of his diverse resume, Charley has received over 200 international directing awards, including Cannes, Epica, ADC, Arab Filmfestival, Bessies, ICAD, Effie, London Int., Golden Drum, New York Festivals, and numerous gold medals throughout his career. Furthermore, the exclusive London based creativity platform SHOTS has featured fourteen of Charley’s films in the past 3 years alone and he also recently appeared on Filestage’s list of the 50 top commercial directors of all time. Charley also directed the fifteen million dollar feature film Dead Fish starring Gary Oldman and Robert Carlyle, and has also worked with Oscar winning actors Sir Sean Connery, Sharon Stone, and Cuba Gooding Jr. Most recently, Charley has found a niche directing sports celebrities likes Fc Bayern`s legends Thomas Müller, Manuel Neuer, CEO Oliver Kahn and Dortmund`s Marco Reuss. In addition, he just finished a campaign featuring Toto Wolff, owner of the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team.
